Questions from hotels and travel agencies

How do I refund a cancelled booking?

Payitgo does not issue refunds: each deposit shows the address it came from, and you refund from your own wallet.

What if a guest sends too little?

They can send the rest before the payment expires, or within 24 hours after. A shortfall within your tolerance (0.5% by default) counts as paid.

Can my team see bookings?

Yes. Invite them with a role: finance for payouts, viewer for read-only.
