Many payment gateways collect your customers’ money into their own account and pay you out later, on their schedule. Payitgo’s default is different.
How direct settlement works
Each payment gets a deposit address of its own. Once the deposit is final, Payitgo takes its service fee and the network fee and sends the rest to the payout address you added for that coin, within minutes. Nothing stays with Payitgo, and you see the transfer on chain and in your settlement history.
Your first live payout address of a coin is used at once. Another one, or a changed address, is used 24 hours later, so whoever might take over your account cannot redirect your incoming payments at once; meanwhile payments due to it wait for it, then are sent to it as they are, never converted. If a payment arrives in a coin you have no address for at all, it is converted into one of the coins you do have an address for and sent there. Only when it cannot be converted is it kept in your balance instead, never lost.
When a balance makes sense
If you would rather collect first and withdraw later, switch to custody. Payitgo then keeps your money in USDT on Tron, so what you are owed never moves with a coin’s price, and you request payouts of $10 or more, which Payitgo reviews before sending.
What it means for you
No company documents: you sign up with your name, business name and email. Keep your wallet’s recovery phrase safe, ideally on a hardware wallet, and handle refunds yourself: Payitgo shows the address each deposit came from, and you refund from your own wallet.
